Q: How do I send my artwork file?

A: Every product has a upload file option in its product options beneath its name. Please upload your file on the webpage and it will be given to us upon purchase. Please make sure the file is in exact size of your instructions.

Q: How do I specify unique order descriptions?

A: All of our products include a textbook region for you to include any special instructions on your orders. Please include your phone number and email with your special instructions so that we may contact you if there are any confusions. 

Q: Do the banners come pre-assembled?

A: We do not assemble the banners prior to shipping. However, they are extremely easy to set up and if there are any confusion, then we can be reached via phone or email to assist with assembly. 

Q: Do you guys offer assistance with the artwork?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer any professional assistance with your artwork. We are a printing company, not a design company however we can provide user feedback if you would like. 

 

Q: How long should I receive my product from the time that I purchase it?

A: We will have your product processed, packaged, and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days of your purchase. The delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier. 

Q: How come I cannot select shipping method?

A: We currently only offer standard shipping as default. If you wish you have faster shipping, then please contact us before purchase so that we can set it up accordingly.

Q: How do I replace broken or incorrectly made product?

A: Send us an email detailing our error and ship us the product back. Once we receive the product, we will give a full refund. 

Q: Where are you guys located? If close enough, can I pick up the product in person?

A: Our address is 734 Via Cafetal San Marcos, 92069 CA. You are more than welcome to pick up in person if you are within local vicinity!

Q: Where do you complete your printing? How can you guarantee its quality?

A: We complete all of our products in house. We have our own printing machine and we watch over each of our jobs very closely for the best quality assurance. 

Q: Do we need have any hidden fees for custom printing?

A: Absolutely not! All the prices on our items are finalized excluding taxes and shipping.
